Concord NH – On Friday June 21st Chef Alan Natkiel will be having a soft opening (shhhh, don’t tell!) for Georgia’s Northside restaurant, a new BBQ restaurant coming to Concord NH. I have been able try Chef Natkiel’s cuisine at a pop up dinner at Litherman’s Limited Brewery and wow, you don’t want to miss this!
Georgia’s Northside presents: Friday Nite Bites! A soft opening event series featuring dishes from their menu.
The even is this Friday June 21st from 5pm-8pm. All food is for take out only so be prepared.
This week’s menu will come from their Meat & Three section.
Buttermilk Fried Chicken
Smoked Ham w/ grilled pineapple marinated in brown sugar and cinnamon.
The choice of market sides to go with the meats will be:
Grilled fresh asparagus w/ olive oil and garlic
Three cheese Mac and cheese
Chipotle cheddar mashed potatoes
Collard greens stewed w/ molasses and beer
Marinated kale salad with w/ buttered cashews and cranberries.
Each Meat & Three plate is $17 and it is cash only so if you do choose to go be prepared. Also, remember, it is a soft opening so be patient if you go! 🙂
